We are into the Berrrrr months

Updated: 6 days ago

Can you believe we are in the last quarter of the year? How did this happen? I remember April was the longest month of my life and now here we are starting October. I love the "Ber" months. September, October, November, and December. Like many, Fall is my favorite season. I wish Fall lasted longer here. October is basically it. Sometimes September surprises me and cools off, like it did this year!

I posted last month about having a lot on my plate. With that, there are some things that fell off my plate. Like the fact that September 1, was the first birthday for Sew Peachy and I completely forgot. I didn't do a single thing. I'm sad about it, but have decided to let it go. I can't change it now and I really did have a lot going on. As I get older and life changes, I'm learning more and more to give myself grace. I get frustrated when I don't get much done on my quilting and sewing projects, but I have two small, very needy children. I forgot about my business birthday, but I was starting a new business at the very same time. So I'm going to pat myself on the back that I made it through September. I've got somewhat of a schedule set so I can work on my quilting and fabric business, as well as make sure I'm prepared for my preschool classes. Life still happens and those needy kids still change things in an instant, but I'm taking it one day at a time.

There are only 41 days left of the year! This year has flown by. It has brought a lot of change for me and hopefully a lot of growth with it. As we move into the final days of the year, I hope you can

Summer is so busy. I only have two kids and they are 3 and 1.5 and we didn't even do that much, but I feel like summer is just so busy. I missed doing a post or an email or really anything for Sew Pea
